The goal was to create a series that would resonate with both current and prospective employees while maintaining alignment with the agency’s existing brand. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate this retro-inspired theme across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience.
As the creative lead, I developed a comprehensive visual strategy that captured the essence of 1980s nostalgia while reinforcing the agency's modern ethos. The campaign encompassed a wide range of assets, including:
